Call for Proposals, Deadline: February 27, 2015
This year, in the dynamic border city of Windsor, Ontario, the conference will focus on the theme of Re-Defining Borders.
Borders can define us. Whether geo-political, cultural, or institutional, whether real or imagined, borders delineate where we start and where we end. But who gets to draw those lines and what do they really mean for museums and the work that we do?
The OMA invites proposals for conference sessions on the theme of Re-Defining Borders. Download the Call for Proposals Information sheet. [PDF]

OMA Launches Looking Ahead Initiative
Ontario museums are seizing the opportunity to build a strong, stable, united and relevant museum community for Ontarians. The objective of this initiative is to realize the full potential of a more collaborative, forward-looking and responsive museum sector for communities across the province.
This sector-led initiative is guided by a Task Force, representing the diversity of Ontario’s museum community.
