Call for Colloquium papers

The
Colloquium on Learning in Museums VIII is scheduled for Wednesday,
October 18, 2006 in Owen Sound, Ontario. The Colloquium, presented
by the OMA and the Museums and Galleries of Grey and Bruce Counties,
is a forum to explore and share current happenings in the field
of museum education. All members of the museum community are invited
to submit proposals for short presentations on:
- Adult education
- Programming with community partners
- How you are working with the Ontario Curriculum
- Public or outreach programs that have worked well for your community
- Community consultations you have been involved in
- Effective audience research you have conducted
- Innovative programming you have implemented
- Unique exhibits you have developed
Please
submit a one-page outline of your proposed presentation, including
preferred format and suggested length to:
