This collaborative pan-Canadian volunteer movement is intended to raise the awareness, accessibility, participation and engagement of all Canadians in the arts and cultural life of their communities. OMA Executive Director Marie Lalonde sits on the Ontario Task Force, which, togther with a national Steering Committee, and other provincial task forces are mobilizing at the grassroots level to implement concurrent annual province-wide public participation events each September beginning in 2010.
