Does your museum do food-based programming? Worried about food
handling and fire safety regulations? Then this is the workshop
for you!
Workshop Leaders Fiona Lucas and Elizabeth Nelson-Raffaele from
the Museums and Heritage Services Unit of Toronto Culture bring
a wealth of front line experience in a range of Historic Kitchens,
and policy environments, to this session. Participants are invited
to bring their health and safety ideas, questions, worries, and
concerns about their site’s historic kitchen and food programming
to this informative, problem-solving session.
