Conference 2007

Join us October 24 to 26 in Toronto for three days of networking, thought-provoking sessions, stimulating roundtable discussions and an informative tradeshow! The OMA conference will be held at the Delta Chelsea in Toronto. This year's theme is "Changing Landscapes", celebrating the 35th Anniversary of the OMA.

The OMA Conference provides an excellent opportunity for professional development and networking with heritage professionals.

Featured Speakers

The Honourable David Crombie has spent more than four decades in public service. He was the mayor of Toronto (1972-78), and later served as a Member of Parliament and Cabinet Minister (1978-88). Appointed as an Officer to the Order of Canada in 2004, he presently serves as the President and CEO of the Canadian Urban Institute, as well as the Founding Chair of the Toronto Waterfront Regeneration Trust.

Moses Znaimer is the co-founder and former President and Executive Producer of Citytv. A media maverick who has seen the Citytv brand spread both across the country and worldwide, Znaimer has also become a champion of culture. An avid collector, his 10 000-piece collection of vintage television receivers and related memorabilia comprises the MZTV Museum and Archives.
